Wedding engagement photography in Colorado’s mountains has never been more fun than with Libby and Scott.

The crystal clear autumn morning gave way to a few clouds by afternoon.  But the light was perfect.  Of course, to photograph a bride-to-be as beautiful as Libby is like photographing a dream.  And her handsome groom was charming and fun all afternoon.

Libby and Scott had done a great job of scouting locations the week before.  We began our session at a red barn near the Foxton road where the caretaker of that property (a jovial fellow named Kent) not only allowed us to shoot in the barn but even held my reflector.  Continuing along hi-way 285 we worked in aspen groves and finished our photo shoot at the Glen Island resort near Bailey.

This engagement photo session has been a blast to edit,  although it’s been a challenge just to narrow down to the 200 best… just too many good ones.  Here are a few random shots from our awesome photo-adventure.
